This privacy notice explains which personal data may be processed when you use the Tabódy Villa website.

Server and access data

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary access data such as IP address, time of access, requested page, browser type and referrer. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Availability check

Availability is checked on the server using external occupancy calendars. No names, email addresses, phone numbers or message texts are transmitted to booking platforms. Only the requested travel dates and the calendar data required for the check are processed.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, optional phone number and message, together with travel dates, number of guests, selected accommodation and the price calculated on the website. The data is used to handle your enquiry and take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable). The enquiry is sent directly by email to Tabódy Villa.

The data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent booking; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Google Maps

Google Maps is embedded directly on the location section. When the page loads, a connection to Google may therefore be established. In particular, your IP address and technical browser and device data may be transmitted to and processed by Google.

Fonts, analytics and marketing

The website loads Google Fonts (Instrument Serif and Inter) directly from Google. A connection to Google may therefore be established when the page loads and, in particular, your IP address may be transmitted. No analytics or marketing trackers are currently used.

Language preference

When you select DE / EN / HU using the language switcher, we store the selection in the tabody_lang cookie for up to 12 months. The cookie is used only to open your last selected language automatically the next time you visit the root address. It contains no user identifier and is not used for analytics or marketing.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable data protection law, you may in particular have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to info@tabody-villa.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
