A house with history

Historic villa.
Brought back to life.

Tabódy Villa was built in the mid-19th century in the vineyards above Révfülöp. Its elevated setting, generous rooms and distinctive architecture still shape the house today.

A historic photograph from 1914 already shows the villa in its distinctive form. Across generations, it has remained part of the unique cultural landscape on Lake Balaton’s northern shore.

The villa was comprehensively renovated in 2011. Today it combines its historic character with two independent apartments, generous outdoor areas, a sauna and plenty of space for time together.

Seasonal rates per main apartment: €169 / night from September to June, €189 / night in July and August. Rooftop extension: +€70 / night. Minimum stay: 3 nights September–June, 5 nights July–August. Final cleaning: Classic €95, Modern €95, Modern + Rooftop €145, Classic + Modern €190, entire villa incl. Rooftop €240. Tourist tax: €1.50 per adult per day, payable locally. Mountain bike optional: €5 per day per bike. 1 baby cot and 1 extra bed are available on request; they do not increase the stated maximum occupancy.

Rooftop extension

For up to 7 guests, Apartment Modern is used on its own. For 8–11 guests, the Rooftop can be added: one bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), one combined living/sleeping room with a double bed (140 × 200 cm), a private bathroom, another kitchen and a generous living and dining area with fireplace. A sofa bed for 2 people is also available as an alternative sleeping option; maximum Rooftop occupancy remains 4 additional guests. Modern remains the main apartment and expands to accommodate up to 11 guests when needed.
