The shared outdoor and wellness spaces complement the two self-contained apartments. They create additional places for meals together, time in the garden, sauna sessions or an evening around the long table in the historic cellar.
When Classic and Modern are booked separately, these areas are shared by guests of both apartments. Classic’s private terrace is not included and remains exclusively for Apartment Classic.
Important: Apartment Classic’s private terrace is not a shared space.

The garden terrace is the main shared outdoor dining and seating area. Its large table works well for breakfast, meals together or a long evening outside, with views across the garden towards Lake Balaton.

Garden
The garden offers lawn, several seating areas and a fire pit. It creates additional shared outdoor space – suitable for reading, sitting together, relaxing or simply spreading out as a larger group.

Sauna & sauna terrace
The sauna is included in the stay and can be used at any time. Directly outside is the sauna terrace – a dedicated outdoor area for time before or after the sauna, with views towards Lake Balaton.

Historic cellar
The historic vaulted cellar is a usable shared indoor space. The vaulted room has a long table for sitting together; further cellar rooms contain wine storage and period furnishings, bringing the villa’s history into the guest experience.
