Classic + Modern + Rooftop: the entire Tabódy Villa for up to 17 guests.
Tabódy Villa can be used flexibly as individual apartments or combined for larger groups. Classic and Modern are both self-contained, with their own kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, so a group can spend time together while still spreading across two independent spaces.
Classic + Modern together accommodate up to 13 guests. Adding the Rooftop to Modern brings the total to eight sleeping areas and up to 17 guests.

How the villa is arranged
Two self-contained main apartments form the basis of the villa. Classic and Modern together sleep up to 13 guests; the Rooftop adds four further places to Modern. This makes it possible to match the setup to the group size rather than booking more space than needed.
| Area | Layout | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Apartment Classic | 3 bedrooms · private terrace | up to 6 guests |
| Apartment Modern | 3 bedrooms · own living/dining area | up to 7 guests |
| Modern + Rooftop | Modern + 2 Rooftop sleeping areas | up to 11 guests |
| Classic + Modern | both main apartments | up to 13 guests |
| Classic + Modern + Rooftop | 8 sleeping areas | up to 17 guests |
Which setup suits your group?
The layout supports several useful combinations, from a single apartment to the full villa with Rooftop.
Modern
Three bedrooms and a large living/dining area with panoramic lake views.
Modern + Rooftop
For 8 to 11 guests, the group stays within the Modern setup while gaining two extra sleeping areas, kitchen and bathroom.
Classic + Modern
Both main apartments together sleep up to 13; adding the Rooftop increases capacity to up to 17 guests.
Together, with room to retreat
Because Classic and Modern each have their own kitchens, living/dining areas and bedrooms, a larger group does not need to share the same room all day. For time together, the garden terrace, garden, sauna and cellar add further gathering places inside and outside.
Shared by everyone
The shared garden terrace is a central outdoor dining and seating area; the garden adds further seating, lawn and a fire pit. The sauna and sauna terrace are available at any time during the stay, while the historic cellar with its vaulted room and long table provides another indoor gathering place. Classic’s private terrace remains exclusive to Classic.
